The Credit Builder Loan is secured by the funds in your primary share savings account. The amount borrowed is "frozen" in your share account until the loan is paid in full. You take up to 10% of the value of your account as loan proceeds at disbursement. As you make monthly payments, the amount "frozen" in your share account is reduced and is available for you to access.
