24/7 Phone Link : our audio response phone system that's convenient and
free to use

What is 24/7 Phone Link all about?

It's free. There's no per transaction or access fee and there's a toll-free number so you can use 24/7 Phone Link if you are outside of the local calling area. The phone numbers are the same numbers you use to reach the Credit Union - 783-2211 or 1-888-783-2211 (toll-free). When you call in, listen to the prompts that tell you how to get into 24/7 Phone Link .

It's convenient. 24/7 Phone Link lets you handle many of your Credit Union transactions over the phone, from anywhere you happen to be, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

It's easy to use. There's nothing complicated about 24/7. The computer guides you through each transaction. And if you're ever confused, you can press "0" to speak to a member service representative (during normal business hours). All you need is a touch-tone phone, your account number, your account suffix, and your personal identification number (PIN). You will be automatically assigned a PIN to use 24/7. But, 24/7 Phone Linkallows you to change you PIN at any time. For your own security we do not have access to your PIN, so keep it in a safe place.

Look at some of the things you can do with 24/7 Phone Link...

Calculate an estimated loan payment
Find out what your estimated loan payment will be by entering the loan amount, interest rate and term.

Listen to our current interest rates
Get information about our savings, share certificate and loan rates.

Conduct account transactions and get account information
Withdrawals. Make a withdrawal by check from your checking or savings account or from your overdraft loan.

Transfers. Transfer between savings accounts, between your savings account and your checking account, from your checking or savings account to your loan, or from your overdraft loan to your checking or savings accounts. You may also transfer to and from your saving and loan accounts to another account holder's savings and loan accounts. However, you must complete an authorization form to have this feature activated. In addition, you must be a joint owner on the other member's account.

Inquiries. You'll be able to get information about your savings accounts including the current balance, recent transactions and dividends paid. You'll also be able to get loan information including your current loan balance, your payment amount and due date and daily interest amount.

Tax information. Find out the year-to-date dividends paid on your savings account and the finance charges incurred on your loans.

How does 24/7 Phone Link work?

When you call into 24/7 Phone Link, you'll press"1" to get account information, "2" to listen to our current rates or "3" to calculate an estimate loan payment. If you press"1" you'll be asked to provide your account number and PIN.

24/7 Phone Link Example: withdrawing by check from share savings

  1. Dial the Credit Union at 783-2211 or 1-888-783-2211 and listen to the prompts to reach 24/7.
  2. 24/7 Phone Link will ask you if you want account information, the loan calculator or our current rates. You want account information so you press: 1#
  3. 24/7 Phone Link will ask you to enter your account number. Enter your account number and the pound key(#) like this: 1234#
  4. 24/7 Phone Link will ask for your PIN. You will enter your four digit PIN and the pound key (#) like this: 0101#
  5. 24/7 Phone Link will ask you to enter the code of the menu and transaction you'd like. See the chart in this brochure for a list of transaction codes. In this example, you'd like to withdraw from your share savings account so you enter: 27
  6. If you have more than one savings account, 24/7 Phone Link will ask you which suffix you want to withdraw from. Check your statement for your specific account suffix. In this example, you enter the share savings suffix and the pound key (#) like this: 00#
  7. 24/7 Phone Link will ask you how much you want to withdraw. When entering a dollar amount, do not enter decimal points. You'd like to withdraw $100 so you enter the amount in dollars and cents and the pound key (#) like this: 10000#
  8. 24/7 Phone Link will confirm your transaction and ask you to press "#" to accept or "*" to cancel. In this example, you accept the transaction by pressing: #
  9. You then have the option of completing another withdrawal, returning to the main menu to conduct another transaction by pressing "*". In this example you'd like to leave the system so you press: #
