Community Resource offers a variety of share certificates (CDs) with excellent rates and flexible terms:

Regular CDs
The minimum to open an earn interest is $500. Choose from terms of six month to five years.

Scottie Savers/MoneyRules! CD
Earn an above market rate on this one year CD. Open for a Scottie Savers or MoneyRules! member up to 17 years old with as little as $100. You can make deposits at any time up to $30,000 per term. The CD transfers to a regular one-year CD when it comes up for maturity after the child reaches 18 years old.

Member Select Certificates
The minimum to open and earn interest is $5,000. Choose from terms of 15, 18, 21 or 30 months.

Other Reasons To Choose Our CDs

• Get a .25% bonus rate if you have Energized Checking or a .15% bonus if you deposit $50,000 or more. (Bonuses cannot be combined.)
• You can opt to withdraw interest for your monthly expenses (will reduce earnings).
• Any CD can be set up as an Individual Retirement Account.
• Insured to $100,000 by the National Credit Union Administration, a federal government agency.
